Tracy Vena is an Advanced Certified Paralegal with Kaedian LLP. In that capacity, she supports our attorneys in trial preparations, court filings, organizing and managing discovery, interviewing clients and witnesses and drafting and coordinating legal documents.
Prior to joining Kaedian LLP, Ms. Vena, has held several prominent positions as paralegal or legal analyst in both the private and public sector, including as a paralegal for multiple prominent California law firms, as a Criminal Justice Act paralegal and as a legal analyst for the Office of the California State Attorney General. To date, Ms. Vena has supported two federal criminal jury trials, one federal civil jury trial, two state civil jury trials and three state criminal jury trials.
Ms. Vena obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles and her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. She also holds an advanced paralegal certification in Federal Trial Preparation. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association.
In her spare time, Ms. Vena participates in a book club with prison inmates and provides books and magazine to support the club’s activities. She has been commended by attorneys and judges alike for her impressive trial demeanor.
