Ali Spina is a contract attorney for Kaedian LLP. In that capacity, she assists the firm’s teams with litigation and business compliance concerns on behalf of a variety of clients in Southern California. She routinely prepares notions, handles discovery motions and appears in court. She also prepares workshops and presentations as needed for clients.
Prior to working with Kaedian LLP, Ms. Spina was an associate attorney for a law firm in Thousand Oaks, California. In that capacity, she assisted in the preparation of complex litigation matters, including all aspects of pre-litigation, settlement negotiations, discovery disputes, mediation and arbitration. Her cases included premises liability, toxic torts, motorist claims and personal injury matters. She has also been a certified post bar law clerk for another Southern California law firm.
Ms. Spina obtained her J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law, her Masters degree in Dispute Resolution from the Strause Institute for Dispute Resolution and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Philosophy (double major) from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
Ms. Spina is admitted to practice law in California.
